as much as i love to ride in the city, i wanted to try something new. so after work, bryan and i went on a fun little ride in oakland to Lake Merritt. we got a little lost. but it was a good lost. when we found our bearings again, we mashed to lake merritt before the sunset. that neighborhood is so nice and chill. i wanna ride around oakland more often. there is hardly anyone riding around and its pretty much all flat too.

then when we got back into the city, we went over to bryan's gf's house to see her new apartment. then we went over to Brian's house, only to find out that we were going to Bryans house instead. got pretty trashed. crashed. woke up. rode from balboa to tasha's house and had a lovely lunch with her.

first off i wanna show off this video that ricialg found on youtube. i agree, it is a dope as video and a def must see.

so today was my running errands day. luckily i had the lovely natasha to keep me company.

first i went to SF state to get my paperwork done in order for me to switch into my radio production major. then we headed over to Ocean Cyclery where my friend Jesse works. I went to get my White Velocity Deep V laced to a Suntour hub. should be done by this thursday. then me an tasha went to KFC right next door to get a quick bite.

thats us trying to be cutesy.

after i went with tasha to balboa park so she could go to school at city, i needed to meet up with this lady off craigslist who wanted to buy my LG EnV 2. turns out she flaked on me, but offered to come to my store tomorrow during my lunch break to buy it off me then. so i guess its ok. so i just roamed around downtown, got a pomegranate paradise form Jamba Juice and strolled by the Apple Store.

they still have a line going out the store, but its a baby line. i give it another 2 weeks before there are no more lines.

AND I CANT WAIT FOR MY STUFF TO COME IN FROM AMERICAN APPAREL. hahaha.

i really need to stop buying stuff.

i gots a verizon bill, on top of the cancellation fee, and AT&T's first bill.

i woke up this morning pretty excited. today was supposed to be the day that i was gonna get my new iphone 3Gs 16 GB in white. theres an ATT store only a mere three miles from my house. so i figured i would bike there. get a phone and get some exercise. two birds with one stone. so i figured i would call ATT in advance to see if they had any in stock. after being put on hold for about 15 minutes, this moron answers the phone saying "im not sure if we have any left". i asked him to double check, but he refused. i asked to talk to someone who may know for sure, but the little bastard hung up on me. furious, i hopped on my bike and rode over there. unfortunately it was true, they had run out of iphones. they didn't know when they would get the next shipment and all ATT store nearby were out as well.

but i remembered that Walmart, only about a mile away, sells iphones now. so i call ahead of time and it turns out that they had one 16GB white and one in black. they put it on hold for me and i mashed over there super fast. i get there, ask for the phone, they bring it out, and when i look at the box, they brought me the iPhone 3G, not the 3Gs. =(. and thats all they had.

oh well. its sucked but because i kinda hyped it all up. i just figured i would try to get one today as it being my day off and all.

ill just pick one up at work tomorrow.

The resolution on my cell phone camera is crap. But as you can barely see, those are two flies having some HOT sex outside of the Powell st. Bart station. I was afraid they were going to fly away if I got too close. but they didnt seem to care. Then they gave me a look as though saying "Um, do you mind?" So I just let them be.

Ive been doing nothing by working so far this summer. I chill with friends every once and a while, but i havent done anything exciting just yet. Ive worked 3 days straight, tomorrow is gonna make 4 and tuesday will make 5. yeesh. Dan Vickers called me up today and wanted to go to disneyland this weekend. i cant go this weekend, but i would love to go at one point this summer. We'll see what happens.

me, lucas, and shasky went to go check out Adrian's new place on Divisadero. We looked up dating profiles ONdemand. its the funniest shit. just go to OnDemand>Get Local and then it should be the first choice on the top.

Tasha is gonna be in LA for a week. =(

We had a store meeting today that ran ridiculously long. But they hooked it up with dinner. Pasta from Pizza Hut. I gave it a 8 out of 10.

Friday was my last day of finals and i worked all weekend pretty much, including Memorial Day. Natasha turned 21 and Dan turned 20. im so freaking excited. I got a Mac Mini with 120 bg and 2gb of ram. then i got a wireless printer and free version of iwork '09 from work. I'm going to hook it up to my Samsung 22" in my room. Unfortunately, i cant do anything with the computer until i get the keyboard later this week. So im going to have to suck it up and keep using my Sony Viao. oh wellz

Then my mom got some coupons for free grilled chicken meals at KFC. they are actually pretty good. tasted even better cause it was FREE!

rode from balboa to Stonestown for work. then from work to the Castro for my friends birthday BBQ. drank. smoked. ate. hella fun.

woke up at 730am because the damn sun was hitting my face. went to lunch with Shasky at Dolores Park.then rode to the "island". saw some dudes doing crazy fixie tricks. then we met up with Tasha and her sister for a little bit. we went to the mall to get some air conditioned goodness. it was too damn hot. then met up with Adrian and rode around treasure island. if there is anything any of you reading this HAS to do. is just go to treasure island. its really nice. there's a small beach you can post at. picnic benches. hella scenic and quite. I'm definitely going back to chill there this summer. the end.

i worked. then i got invited to a party in the villas with some coworkers. it was pretty insane. other than the 5 people i went with. i didnt know anybody there. got a bunch of boo-boo faces from everybody i didnt know. haha. oh well. i drank my drink and did my thing. fred and jimmy got pretty ripped.
then i woke with a lil headache. got to work. left work. then made my way to the orientation. had aovely dinner with tasha and then visited denise at work. dunno how i feel about orientation yet. there were hella people there too. some of which i know are more qualified. but we'll see wat happens.

so i spent the early part of my day with tasha and pretty much just lounged around. then i had to make my way over to stonestown for my ongoing search for a new job. the gap really isnt cutting it anymore. i met up with denise and conversed over some panda express. then ran into an old school friend and another friend from work at the apple store. dropped off some resumes and applications. i hope i hear something soon.
